Frequently asked questions

Who reviews my submission?

A triage office first classifies your idea and assigns it to the most relevant unit. A reviewer then assesses it against five criteria and records a recommendation.

Is my identity always visible?

You may keep your identity confidential to normal reviewers. Confidential is not anonymous — administrators retain a controlled record.

How do I know what happens next?

My Submissions shows current status, next action and a live timeline for every idea you have shared.
